I've just had a call from Buckingham; Our Lord will be joining us to stay through the weekend. Broome was vague about His plans, but indicated He was interested in evaluating the talent coming out of Hogwarts these days. I do not know what He will expect for us, but do be ready.

I'll let you know as soon as I have other information.

Do you want him sleeping in his proper House as well? Or do you think it won't matter where his trunk is, provided he's in green and silver?

I doubt Our Lord will care where he's sleeping, no. (Mostly I just wish for him to have a bit of advance warning; he does not always deal with surprises gracefully.) House colours should suffice, and perhaps a diplomatic choice of seating at meals.

He assured me he'd wear his Slytherin robes and avoid stirring up trouble. Please do let me know if I can help you in any other way; a visit from Our Lord to the school is the sort of singular honour that one might wish had occurred sometime other than the weekend just before NEWTs.

My thoughts exactly.

I shall not say what I am wishing for this visit aloud; I know better than to tempt the fates in such a fashion. But let us hope most devoutly that the children are able to remain calm and cognisant of the many ways in which Our Lord's presence can overwhelm the unprepared.

Thank you for speaking with Mr Marvolo; I appreciate it immensely. For the rest, perhaps keep an eye out for those students who are most apt to become overwrought at the honour of His attention. I do not think Healer Patil will shy away from dispensing calming potions with a liberal hand. (Perhaps I ought have him send a stock to each of the Heads to have on hand, just in case.)
